At St Luke’s we believe that our Almighty God has ordered our lives, giving us responsibilities and roles, that we might seek the prosperity of the City of Frankston. That we might seek the blessing of our families, communities, places of study and work. In response to our Lord’s sacrifice, believing in his presence and power, we work for the renewal of the City of Frankston. The renewal of people, work and places. We take the stance of servants of the City, not users of the City.
