Rev’d Glen Macrae
Glen is married to Anna, and together they have four lovely children – Zoe, Nathan, Sam & Josh.
Over the last 7 years, Glen has served at All Saints’ Greensborough, and then Ormond Anglican Church. He’s been an Associate Minister, Minister of a congregation, Coordinator of the Hope for Glen Eira & Beyond Food Drive, and worked in Youth and Young Adult Ministry.
Glen loves to explore how Jesus is God’s satisfying answer to the questions of the human heart.
Glen was commissioned Lead Minister at St Luke’s Frankston on 15th August 2017. He is enjoying getting to know the many beautiful people of St Lukes. Other highlights include hunting for the best coffee in town, and joining the ‘Bring Back the Dolphins’ campaign (Frankston FC).
Pastoral Assistant Liz Wilson
Liz leads our café ministry, Coffee on Kareela.
This means both pulling together a team of volunteers and building friendships in the local community.
Liz has a passion to see people connected with the church community in positive ways, and to reach those with no church background.
She and hubby Martyn have been part of St Lukes, well, let’s say for a long time, and are still in there doing what they love to do for God.
New ideas are never far away!
Rev’d René & Rev’d Louisa Pfitzner
From 23rd April 2018 we will have two new additions to the St Lukes Staff Team – that being Rev. René and Rev. Louisa Pfitzner.
René was ordained in 2012 and has been the associate minister in Banyule for the last 5 years. His original occupation as an animator has led him to create several short cartoons on Biblical stories and themes. He also enjoys landscape painting in oils.
Louisa was ordained as a deacon in 2007 and used to work as a youth ministry advisor and assistant minister before having children. She started the children’s ministry at Banyule, and chairs the committee for the Entrust Women’s Conference. She enjoys knitting any chance she gets.
They have 3 children: Tobias, Bruce, and Freya.
