In sickness and in health is a line taken from the marriage vows. This week we begin to look at marriage, its meaning and its future. What is it for and who is it for? During this school holiday period our children stay in during the service, but are welcomed and appreciated as God’s kingdom embraces all ages.
Then there is a big Grand Final day on Oct 1, with our cafe, Coffee on Kareela being open for Big Brekky through the morning – wear your colours, whatever they may be! Then in the afternoon, from 1pm there’s a Grand Final BBQ and viewing at St Luke’s. Even if you don’t follow one of the teams, the community spirit will make for a fun time!
