Everyone has the potential for doing great things for God and having a positive influence on others. That’s leadership. You don’t need a position to be a leader.
STEP UP is our new process for helping people grow as leaders. There’s a youth stream, for young people Year 5 and above, with graduated learning. There’s also an adult stream which is using an action/reflection model and digging in to some key practical concepts of how we might grow in leading others well.
